1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
#2 1/2 c. blended oatmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
12 oz. chocolate chips
4 oz. chocolate chunks
1 1/2 c. pecans

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda. Add chocolate chips and chunks and nuts. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 6 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 56 cookies.

Important: Blended oatmeal - process small amounts at a time in a blender until it is a fine powder.
