KNEE PATCHES (Swiss Dish) 
9 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
Enough flour to make a stiff dough

Knead well. Pull off small balls until you have 18. Flatten out. Cover knee with clean cloth. Pull dough over knee until the size of a dinner plate. Put in pot of HOT deep grease. Cook until light brown. Good with ice cream.
