ORANGE FRY 
6 slices of bread
7 dessert spoons orange juice
2 eggs
1 tsp. orange peel
6 tsp. powdered sugar
3 dessert spoons butter

Beat eggs until mixed. Mix in the juice and orange peel. Dip a slice of bread into the juice mixture and fry both sides on a greased heated griddle. Remove to a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Continue with remaining slices of bread.
