YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
Salt

Mix flour and milk together until smooth. Add salt and beaten eggs. Pour into pan in which some of the meat drippings have been heated. Bake 20 to 30 minutes in a hot oven, basting with more drippings from the roast pan. This is a "must" in our family with roast beef. It can be cooked in the same pan with the meat. We prefer it separate.
