1 c. self-rising flour
2 c. yellow corn meal
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 chopped onion
1 can creamed corn
A couple pieces of garlic or granulated garlic
Salt, pepper and sugar to taste

Mix all together and drop in deep hot fat or vegetable oil a tablespoon at a time. Turn until brown or the color you desire. Drain on paper towels.
