NO BAKE RICE PUDDING 
Cook until done 1/2 cup rice in 2 cups water. Do not drain. Add 1 cup milk, 1 tablespoon butter and 3/4 cup sugar to hot rice mixture.

Separate 2 eggs. Beat the yolks with 1/4 cup milk. Add to the hot mixture a little at a time stirring to keep from curdling. Add 1/2 cup raisins, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon vanilla. Cook slowly for 10 minutes, stirring often.
