DRESSING 
Crumbled egg bread
5 slices light bread
1 c. chopped onion
3 stalks celery, chopped & sauteed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
3 eggs, beaten
Chicken broth (enough to make soupy)
1 can cream of celery soup

Crumble egg bread and light bread (food processor works great for this). Add rest of ingredients stirring until well blended. Pour into a lightly greased baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

EGG BREAD:

2 c. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 tbsp. bacon drippings
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown, about 40 minutes.
