RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell 4 cups cut up rhubarb 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup milk 1 tbsp. flour 1 cup sugar Pinch of salt Mix all ingredients and pour over rhubarb in pie shell. Bake 1 hour at 350°F. |
