STIR FRY CHICKEN 
4 green peppers
2 lg. onions
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 pkgs. chicken tenders
1 bottle Wishbone Russian Dressing

Saute in large pan in butter: Sliced green peppers, onions and mushrooms. Saute covered and stir often until peppers and onions are soft.

In frying pan, saute chicken, which has been cut into chunks, in 1/2 bottle of the salad dressing. When cooled, add to peppers, onions and mushrooms. Mix well and saute 5 minutes. Serve with long grain and wild rice pilaf.
