FROSTY STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Stir together. Spread evenly in shallow baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light brown. Sprinkle 2/3 crumbs in 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

2 egg whites
2 c. sliced strawberries
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipped cream (I use Cool Whip)

Combine egg whites, sugar, berries and lemon juice with electric beater at high speed until stiff peaks form (about 10 minutes). Fold in whipped cream. Spoon mixture over crumbs, then top with remaining crumbs. Freeze at least 6 hours before serving.
