MINI CHIP BLONDIES (SNACK CAKE) | |
3/4 c. butter, soft 1 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar 2 eggs 2 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1 (12 oz.) pkg. mini chocolate chips (2 c.) Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, milk and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients; stir in mini chips. Spread in greased 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into bars. About 3 dozen bars. |
