NUT GOODIE BARS 
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. salted peanuts
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. vanilla pudding (NOT instant)
1 tsp. vanilla or maple flavoring
3 c. powdered sugar

Melt first 3 ingredients in saucepan. Spread half of mixture in 9x13 inch pan. Place pan in freezer. Add 1 cup peanuts to remaining chocolate mixture. Bring butter, milk and pudding to boil; remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla or maple flavoring.

Stir in 3 cups powdered sugar until smooth. Pour over first chocolate layer in pan from freezer. Pour peanut mixture on top, spread out. Work best to keep bars in refrigerator or freezer.
