1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients in order given. Heat waffle iron. Pour batter onto hot waffle iron. Bake about 2 minutes. Frost with powdered sugar or drizzle thin icing over them.
