BROCCOLI CORN BREAD 
1 stick butter, melted in baking pan
1 (6 oz.) cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) box corn bread mix
1 grated med. size onion
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten or equivalent in Egg Beaters (substitute)
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

Mix ingredients together. Pour into pan with the melted butter in it. Pan size may be 9 x 13 inches or 9 x 9 inches, depending on thickness desired. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes.
