10 lbs. beef brisket
1 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube
Salt and pepper
1 bottle barbecue sauce

Place beef in crock pot with water and beef bouillon cube and salt and pepper for 24 hours on low. After 24 hours, remove and cut across grain. Save liquid. Put beef back in crock pot with 1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce. Add liquid as needed. Heat through. Serve on buns.
