BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
Irish potatoes
Onions
Salt
1 can mushroom soup

Brown ground beef; pour off fat. Slice Irish potatoes and onions real thin. Put a layer of onions, a layer of Irish potatoes, then part of ground beef, then another layer of onions, a layer of potatoes, then a layer of ground beef. Sprinkle a little salt on each layer. Then pour mushroom soup over the top (no water added to soup.) Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. You can stick a fork through casserole and determine if it is done.
