BEEF STROGANOFF WITH NOODLES | |
25 lbs. beef, cut up sm. 4 c. chopped onion 2 sticks butter 4 (No. 2 1/2) cans tomato sauce 3 c. water 5 tsp. salt 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. sweet basil 2 qts. sour cream 4 lg. cans mushrooms 1 box parsley 5 lbs. noodles Brown meat and onions in large pan. Stir in tomato sauce, water and seasoning. Reduce heat, cook for 1 1/2 hours, fold in mushrooms and sour cream. Cook noodles separately. Serve meat mixture over noodles. |
