PEGGY'S POTATO SALAD 
1 lb. frozen hash browns
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick butter, plus a little extra
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Corn flakes

Melt butter. Saute onion and celery. Combine with rest of ingredients except corn flakes. Put in buttered casserole. Top with corn flakes, dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
