BEEF STEW | |
2 lb. stew beef 1/4 c. oil 1 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 can tomatoes 3 tbsp. tapioca 1 can beef broth (not consomme) Garlic salt 1 tbsp. parsley 2 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 bay leaf 6 med. carrots 6 potatoes 1/2 c. celery Brown beef in oil, add all ingredients together in large 3 quart casserole and cook for 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. |
