SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1 c. heavy spaghetti
1 med. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Dash of garlic salt

Cut the sausage in one inch pieces and brown in skillet. Cook spaghetti. In casserole alternate layers of sausage, spaghetti and cheese. Pour sauce over and bake about 30 minutes at 375 degrees. If you want it "cheesier", you can add Ricotta as well as the Mozzarella.
