PUMPKIN CHEESE ROLL 
CAKE MIXTURE:

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin pie filling
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

FILLING:

1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake mixture. Line a 15x10x1 inch cookie sheet with wax paper. Spread mixture on wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup powdered sugar on linen towel. Turn cake onto towel and peel off wax paper; let cool. Mix filling mixture. Spread on cake. Roll up tight. Can be frozen.
