BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 lb. fried and crumbled bacon
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Thaw and drain broccoli. Spray casserole with Pam. Mix all ingredients, except 2 tablespoons bacon and 2 tablespoons stuffing. Place mixture in casserole and top with stuffing and bacon. Bake at 325 degrees or 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
