1 lb. hot bulk sausage
10 oz. bar Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated fine
3 c. Bisquick

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Put into small balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes until brown.
