FRUIT PIZZA 
1 yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, melted and cooled
1 c. pecans, chopped

Blend all ingredients well, adding pecans last. Spread into two 12 inch pizza pans lined with heavy foil. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour at 250-300 degrees or until firmly set. When cool, remove foil, leaving crust right side up. Then spread with Cool Whip. Arrange fruit of your choice on top.

Fruit can be fresh, canned, or frozen but thawed. Fruit can be arranged any order that you choose. Finally, sprinkle chopped pecan and coconut on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
