IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
12 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Lightly grease a 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion over bottom. Put all other ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Pour into pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes until knife comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
