PIZZA DOUGH 
2 c. flour
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix ingredients in bowl until the dough leaves side. Turn onto a lightly floured surface. Gather into a ball. Knead 10 times. Cover with a bowl; let stand 15 minutes.

Roll dough with rolling pin to desired thinness/shape. This will be enough dough for two 12-inch circles or one cookie sheet, thin crust.
