DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 1/4 c. to 2 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Heat cheese to lukewarm. Combine all but flour in a large mixing bowl. Add flour to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition. Cover; let rise in warm place (85- 90 degrees) until doubled (1 hour). Stir down.

Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart round casserole dish. Let rise in warm place until light (30-40 minutes). Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. While hot, brush crust with melted butter and sprinkle with salt. Serve warm.
