DIJON CHICKEN 
8 boned chicken breast halves
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. sour cream
Italian bread crumbs

Mix Dijon mustard and sour cream until well blended. Coat chicken breasts in sour cream-mustard mixture. Dredge in Italian bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
