1/4 c. butter
Onion
Zucchinis
2 c. Bar-B-Q sauce

In electric skillet melt butter. Then thinly slice zucchini and onion in layers to the top of skillet. Pour on Bar-B-Q sauce. Cover and turn to low until tender, about 45 minutes. One full pan cooks down to about 1/2 a pan.
