NACHO SUPPER 
1 lb. ground meat
1 chopped onion
1 (1 lb.) can refried beans
1 can chopped green chilies
2-3 c. shredded Jack cheese
3/4 c. salsa cruda

GARNISHES:

1 c. guacamole
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 can sliced olives
Tortilla chips

Brown beef and onion together. Season with salt and Tabasco sauce. Lay refried beans in bottom of an 8"x8" pan. Lay meat mixture on top; sprinkle chilies over that, cover with cheese and pour salsa cruda (taco sauce) over that.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Put on guacamole, green onions and olives. Dip tortilla chips into supper.
