TURKEY MEDLEY 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower
2 pkgs. oriental vegetable mix
3 cans sliced water chestnuts
4 pkgs. frozen LaChoy pea pods
5-6 potatoes, lg. cubes
3 lbs. diced, cooked turkey
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, mixed with 1 can milk
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 jar pimientos (opt.)
1 lg. can Chinese noodles

Cook all the vegetables; drain. Add turkey, soup mixture, Swiss cheese, pimientos. Place in oblong pan, top with Chinese noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
