CRUNCHY PEANUT GRANOLA 
4 c. regular oats, uncooked
2 c. unsalted dry roasted peanuts
1 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. honey
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; set aside. Combine honey, butter and vanilla in a small saucepan, cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated (do not boil). Pour over oat mixture, stir to coat evenly. Divide into 2 (15"x10"x1") jelly roll pans. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring often. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in raisins. Store in air tight container.
