OREO PIE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreos
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. instant chocolate pudding
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Crumble Oreos into crumbs. Reserve some for topping. Mix Oreos and butter. Mash Oreo mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and enough Cool Whip to give good spreading consistency. Spread over Oreo layer.

Mix chocolate pudding according to box directions. Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip on chocolate pudding layer. Sprinkle reserved Oreos on top. Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours before cutting.
