1 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg 2 sticks butter Cream above ingredients. Add: 1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. vanilla Roll to size of marbles (easier to roll if dough is first refrigerated) and roll in oats. Bake at 325 degrees on ungreased sheet for 10-12 minutes. Will be soft. Makes 4 dozen. |
