PUMPKIN - BANANA MUFFINS 
2 mashed bananas
1/2 c. pumpkin puree
1/2 c. skim milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. raisins
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. white flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix banana, pumpkin, milk, egg, vegetable, oil, and raisins. Set aside. Stir dry ingredients together and add to pumpkin mixture. Stir. Grease muffin pans. Fill 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
