WHOLE WHEAT BREAD | |
1/2 c. corn oil butter 1/2 c. honey 3 c. stone ground whole wheat flour 2 pkgs. dry yeast dissolved in 2 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. salt 4 c. white flour (enriched) Mix all ingredients. Knead and place in greased bowl. Let rise 1 hour. divide into 3 parts for 3 loaves. Let rise in greased bread pans until doubled. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. |
