MARSHMALLOW COCOA BARS 
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. vanilla
1 jar marshmallow creme

ICING:

2 sticks butter
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. dry unsweetened cocoa

Combine above ingredients (except marshmallows) in mixing bowl. Pour into greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and spread marshmallows on top. Cool 20 minutes longer.

Icing: Mix butter with powdered sugar, evaporated milk, vanilla and dry cocoa powder. Spread over marshmallow and allow to set (preferably in refrigerator). Makes 24 bars.
