ORANGE WHIP SALAD 
2 (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
2 (11 oz.) cans Mandarin oranges

Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Add 4 cups cold water. Let set until slightly firm. Beat with electric mixer until light. Fold in Cool Whip and oranges. Chill. This makes a large salad. Also for variety, black cherry gelatin and 16 ounces of sweet black cherries may be used.
