ST. PATRICK'S DAY IRISH BREAD | |
3 c. reg. flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/2 c. butter 1 c. milk 1 c. dark raisins 1 c. light raisins Caraway seeds (optional) Cream butter and sugar, then add beaten eggs, milk, and sifted dry ingredients and beat well. Fold in raisins and caraway seeds. Sprinkle top with sugar. Bake in loaf pan 40 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. |
