COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) carton sm. curd cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar free orange gelatin
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Combine cottage cheese and dry orange gelatin. Add whipped topping and mix well. Fold in the pineapple and mandarin oranges until thoroughly blended. Chill and serve; keep covered in the refrigerator.
