CHICKEN SOUR CREAM CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
3 chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup

Boil chicken and keep broth. Combine butter and cracker crumbs. Place 1/2 in bottom of shallow baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients with diced chicken and pour over crumbs. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
