NEIMAN MARCUS CAKE

1 yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick melted butter

Mix and spread in greased cake pan.

8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. powdered sugar

Mix and pour on top of first layer. Bake at 300 for 40-45 minutes.
