SOUR CREAM PIROGI 
1 c. sour cream
1 egg and 1 egg yolk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
Mashed potatoes (instant)

Add 1 cup flour to sour cream. Beat well. Mix with hands. Add remaining flour and the rest of the ingredients to make a soft dough. (Not sticky) Roll out like noodle dough. Cut into rounds. Put in filling and seal by pressing edges of dough with a fork. Boil 10 minutes in salted water. Makes about 2 dozen.
