1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt

350 degree oven. Mix thoroughly shortening, eggs and cream of tartar. Roll in small balls. Roll into mixture of 2 tablespoons cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar. Bake for about 10 minutes.
