SNICKER-DOODLES 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tbsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt

Cream together butter and sugar. Mix in the remaining ingredients and roll into balls. Take balls and roll them in a cinnamon/sugar mixture (1 tablespoon sugar + 1 teaspoon cinnamon). This will roll into balls better if chilled in the freezer a few minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
