LEMON AND HERB CHICKEN 
1/2 onion
3 tsp. whole oregano
3 tsp. whole thyme
3 tsp. rosemary
2 whole chicken breasts, skin removed
6 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. olive oil

Rub the chicken with half the onion. Mix herbs, etc. Coat chicken with marinade for at least 30 minutes. Bake or broil or grill.
