PEANUT BUTTER CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter flavor Crisco
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. unsifted all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream Crisco, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla in large bowl. Add eggs, beat well. Combine flour, soda, and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly. Remove from cookie sheet. Six dozen.
