CINNAMON LOAF 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. butter
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

DRY MIXTURE:

1 c. coconut
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Cream together butter and eggs and sugar. Add dry ingredients sifted together and add alternately with the buttermilk to the creamed mixture. When mixed swirl three quarters dry mixture through it. Place a little on the bottom of a well greased pan. Add batter and sprinkle remaining dry mix on the top. Makes two loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours.
