HAM WITH PARSNIPS 
1 1/2 lb. ham, cut 1 inch thick
6 cloves
Nutmeg
2 c. parsnips, slice and cooked
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. water

Place ham in baking dish. Stick cloves in ham and sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. Add 1/2 cup honey and 1/4 cup water. Cover and bake in slow oven (325 degrees) for about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cover ham with 2 cups sliced, cooked parsnips. Return and bake until lightly browned.
