ITALIAN HAMBURGER ROLL 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 egg
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce with cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese

Combine ground beef, egg, cracker crumbs, onion, 1/3 cup sauce with cheese, salt, oregano and pepper. Mix well and shape into flat 10x12 rectangle on waxed paper. Sprinkle Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese evenly over meat mixture. Roll up like a jelly roll and press ends of roll to seal. Bake in shallow baking dish at 350 for one hour.

Drain excess fat. Pour remaining sauce with cheese over roll and bake for additional 15 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
